Interlaken Heritage Days Committee would like to invite you to participate. Holy Hotdish is a traditional IHD fundraiser. Each church/non-profit that participates will host a meal on a Tuesday evening leading up to the Interlaken Heritage Days event.

Typically, each Holy Hotdish meal brings in 150+ people. The cost is set at $8 per adult, $5 for age 12 and under. The host church/non-profit keeps all the proceeds. You would be responsible for setting the menu, food prep, serving and cleanup.

This is where the fundraiser part for IHD comes in. The IHD committee organizes the schedule and advertises. We are asking each group to donate $100 to participate. We will advertise in the Sentinel and Photo Press, as well as our Facebook page and website, the First Farmers and Merchants bank sign and the Fairmont Area Calendar. If you would like us to include your menu as part of the advertising, the menu must be to us NO LESS than 3 weeks prior to your meal.

To participate in Holy Hotdish, please select your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of available dates. We will do our best to accommodate your 1st choice whenever possible. Registration and payment must be received by March 20, 2020.  Any registrations received after this date will be added to open dates available.
